Shipping policy

MØTIV aims to ship orders received before 16 the same day, orders are then sent the next working day. We deliver all over Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 39 (Free shipping on orders over DKK 399,-)

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We do not deliver abroad. Your goods are sent with Post Nord, Dao or GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be informed about on the indicated telephone number. If problems arise, please contact our support team. Goods are delivered every weekday.

Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after ordering if the item is ordered before 16 Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
